Recently engaged? Getting engaged? One overlooked benefit of an engagement shoot is a test run for the wedding portraits. I did this myself recently and it really works. See what poses and photos you are happy with, experiment and have fun. I offer shoots along the coast, on the beach, surrounded by mountains, in wooded areas and loads more. 1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes! I love the Highlands and can travel across Scotland or further afield for any wedding or shoot. So far I have shot a wedding in Ireland and would love to try out some more countries.

2. WHAT IS IT LIKE HIRING YOU? WHAT HAPPENS?

In our initial conversation, we talk about what you want out of the shoot and keep it relaxed. I am totally open to ideas too. If you're nervous about getting your photo taken, I'd recommend an engagement shoot too as it works like a dry run of photographs on the day (with less pressure). You'd be surprised to know that a lot of candid looking photographs usually have direction.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

This will all be outlined in the terms and conditions when paying your deposit but if you'd like to see them beforehand just let me know.

4. WHAT IF MY PLACE IS A MESS FOR PREP?

Trust me, mess can look cool and there are ways to photograph around it! In years to come if there is a photo of a friend or relative with you on the morning of your wedding - it will mean a lot to you, and a bit of clutter won't change that.
